The Research On The Effectiveness Of The Intra-firm Trade In MNEs

The theory of the intra-firm trade in MNEs originated "Coase Theorem" in the 20^th century,30.Coase first proposed the transaction costs theory,then,many scholars researched on the intra-trade further.The research analysises the inducements and the decision of the intra-firm trade by the deconstruction.The thesis uses the AHP to describe the restrictive conditions of different trade.Particularly,this paper chooses the factors of greater weight for the effectiveness to analysis.The research included the inducements and functions of the internal trade,and so on.This thesis researches the effectiveness of the intra-firm trade in MNEs and find out the border of the effectiveness by visible trade analysis.Econometric model analyses that the effectiveness of intra-firm trade in not invariance positive between the scales.The effectiveness of trade may decline sometimes. The thesis gives the border of the max-effectiveness,and analysis the loss of efficiency when the trade is inside or outside the border.The results of the research not only provides a new interpretation but also have the value for the growing of Chinese internal market.It proposes the concept of "pulling-intra-firm trade" in according with the situation of Chinese MNEs,and analyzes the program of improving.
