| The villages in city (VIC) concentrated reflection of China's rural and urban cities in the process of rapid expansion of deep-rooted problems, it is China's urban and rural economic and social structures in cities surrounded by the rapid development of the micro-level village in miniature, one of the important topics "Three Rural Issues".Both large-sized city and medium-sized city, VIC phenomenon is common. Along with the rapid advance of the urbanization, the legacy of the past and future, which will be one of the city issues, will be faced. If having not VIC healthy urbanization, greater urbanization will be even more difficult. The urbanizing reform of VIC is to reform the houses of VIC basically; roads and urban planning are the same, buildings will replace cottages. Currently, most farmers in the VIC living with rental, housing reform will inevitably have an impact on their economic interests and habits. The problem that we must face is how to minimize the impact and finish the reform smoothly; even how to achieve the transformation of the rural housing to the city efficiently and cheaply is the most difficult one."City surrounded by rural" is a major urbanization in the form of a duality of both cities, but also the characteristics of villages. The dual system of land is an important factor in forming VIC. VIC, to some extent, has become one of the urban ills with China's rapid development in recent years. This paper focuses on the housing issues of VIC to do the research and theoretically, and combines the housing reform in the VIC of Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, which is the actual situation of the city reform, makes some comments and gives some suggestions to the other cities with a view to Taiyuan. Reconstruction of the houses in VIC is a complex project, which must harmonize with the law of the industrialization and urbanization, progressing turning agriculture into industry, farmers into the public and the villages into the community steadily. The reconstruction form of housing, Reconstruction, Adjustment and Control of, can be chose to implement according to different circumstances. The difficulty of the transformation lies in the interests during the whole reform.Given the current realities of the VIC housing, how to fully utilize the functions of developers, Village shares and the government is the key to make a development model. This thesis, summarizes the main mode of development, that is, various cities can select the appropriate manner and for a more practical innovations according to their specific situations. Taking Taiyuan as an example, Qinxian village and Houbeitun village's innovation of housing had chose different models. |
