Now the culture management is increasingly emphasized. More and more enterprises pay attention to enterprise culture construction. It is a trouble for some enterprises that is they neglect the enterprise culture construction and lack of excellent enterprise culture. Mind Identity (MI) is the core of enterprise, which not only influences different levels of corporate culture and then decides the develop direction of the enterprise. The article researches how mind identity affects on enterprises culture construction, the meaning of the research is that: it makes corporate leaders have direction and at the same time avoid the construction without goal.On the bases of defining the concept of enterprise culture and mind identity, we can get that: what mind identity display in the construction ,how ,the condition of mind identity and the result .There are seven parts in this article. The first part, briefly introduced the background of this article and the way of thinking and research methods. The second part define and draw light on the concept discriminate related with mind identity .Defining mind identity, enterprises culture construction, corporate culture is first and the comparison of mind identity and corporate culture is second. The third part displays the effect of mind identity. On the bases of the third part is the forth part, it defines mechanism of MI and then analyzes the influence factors, at last gives a study of how mind identity affects on enterprise culture construction. The fifth part introduces the way, the condition and the result of how MI affects. The sixth part is the introduction of Fenjiu Group. Trough the introduction of the process of Fenjiu Group's culture construction, the article analyzes how mind identity affects on enterprise culture construction. The part seven is the conclusion.
