Mind Identity(MI) is the core of Enterprise,which not only influences different levels of Corporate Management,bus also acts as a guide of development of Corporate Culture,and then decides the develop direction of the Enterprise. MI was Put forward first as the sub-system of Corporate Identity,now it has acted as an important role of theory in Enterprise Production. More and more enterprises have come to recognize it, gradually accept it, and are striving for the construction with their own characteristics. Meanwhile, corporate culture in China has also undergone substantial development. On the base of the matured theory, we need focus on how to apply MI theory into Practical deployment of enterprise, so that the corporate decision-makers can establish the orientation and the strategies of the corporate development according to corporate status quo.This article starts its discussion from the explanation of the basic concept . Tracing back the source and the root of the phrase"corporate mind identity"and the phrase root , we look for the theory foundation stone of the production and development of the phrase"corporate mind identity", then define the connotation of"corporate mind identity": Corporate mind identity is the instruction thought and the behavior standard in the long-term production, management and the management activity of the corporation; is the comprehensive value system which gets the enterprise employees and society's widespread recognition, shows the corporate idiosyncrasy ,encourages the related public and bears instruction meaning for the development of corporation , is the whole value and the principle of management for a business enterprise. From that, the writer divides the MI into four layers horizontally, namely the business enterprise mission, business enterprise value, the business enterprise spirit and the business enterprise standard as a study guideline. Combining《Handbook for staff in Chongqing Mass Transit Company》and《Handbook for corporate culture in Chongqing Mass Transit Company》being carried out in Chongqing Mass Transit Company as the references, we carry on the study on the employees' MI in Chongqing Mass Transit Company after the combination of theory and pratical demonstration, point out the achievement in Chongqing Mass Transit Company on the advance of MI, reflect the problems existing in the construction of MI in the company , give constructive suggestions pertinently, aiming at enriching China's...
