Research On Enterprise Performance Evaluation System Based On Life Cycle

Dramatic changes in the environment at home and abroad increase business activities uncertainties that enterprises face, and make competition pressure heavy. In this environment, in order to survive and develop, we must adopt the management model of strategic management. as a important part of Enterprise Management Control System largely determine the success or failure of enterprises. Scientific, reasonable and efficient performance evaluation system can help companies discover problems in the management, and incentive manager to work with great enthusiasm and initiative. Performance evaluation activities are influenced by the macroeconomic environment, industry, life cycle stage and so on. This paper, standing on a high degree of corporate strategic management, taking into account the corporate life cycle characteristics of different stages of development, adopt an integrated evaluation method to evaluate the performance of the different stages of enterprise to people who are related with the enterprise to provide more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system, as well as for management decision-making behavior and provide the basis for control measures, and then achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises.This article is divided into five parts. Introduction chapter of the thesis on the research background, research objectives and the significance , the study situation at home and abroad, research and innovation, as well as research methods; the second chapter is devoted to the life cycle and the concept of performance evaluation, and discusses the relationship between the two, and research related to the theoretical foundation required; Chapter III of the life cycle of building a performance-based evaluation framework for enterprise performance evaluation system to introduce the constituent elements, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the three evaluation models, that used in this article on the evaluation model: Chapter IV focuses on the operating characteristics of each stage and each stage of selection should be considered an important evaluation indicators, as well as the evaluation index weights between the design; the fifth chapter is a case analysis, combined with the actual Changhong that illustrates the maturity of enterprise performance evaluation and analysis process. Finally, the lack and the contribution to the study, with a view to future research can improve and upgrade the system.
