The Study On Changes Of The Financial Management System Of The People's Republic Of China (1949-1958)

The financial management system changed with the national economic development, so the vicissitude history of financial management system is also a national economic development history. The financial management system had been reformed for a number of occasions according to the various periods of political and economic situation in the Chinese Communist Party and state guidelines and policies since 1949. Different time different policy, sometimes more concentrated and sometimes more decentralized, but the general trend was highly concentrated and gradually transited to various forms of classification management system. New China had experienced a national economic recovery period, the "first five-year plan" period and the "Great Leap Forward" in first decade. This paper mainly dissertates the financial management system during this history period, sums up the experiences and lectures of financial management system and understands the general process of the Chinese economic and social development from the other aspect.
