The Research Of The Financial Management System Problems In A Company

The private textile and garment enterprises have occupied half of textilemarket. However, the small and medium private enterprises in Chinagenerally are short-lived in the process of rapidly development. In thiscontext, this paper took a medium-sized garment processing enterprises asexample located at Hebei province. We carried on a typical case studybased on the theory of professional financial management, and dissectedthe internal and external environment with a SWOT analysis. We found thehidden financial risks and asset operational inefficiencies by the company’sfinancial reports, and to further discuss the root causes of these problems.The conclusion show that A company’s financial management system isconfusion, positions are set incorrectly, the lack of audit and supervise, thecompany leadership financial concepts is weak. There exists seriousviolations carried peripherals account, resulting in A company assetmanagement inefficiencies and the profits is lower. Besides leadershipmanagement thinking and methods also need to change, familymanagement thinking seriously hindered the development of enterprises,ignoring the significance of the knowledge and information in enterprisemanagement. We proposed seven measures for these problems, in anattempt to reconstruct A company’s financial management system. We wantto provide help for A Company and the same type of small and mediumprivate enterprises by the analysis A company’s financial system.
