With the knowledge economy develops rapidly,the technological innovation has been a great impetus of the development of economy.Increasing the R&D investment can help the corporates to strengthen its self-innovation ability.However,the enterprises in China now face the same problems:lack of R&D motive and R&D consciousness,R&D investment is insufficient. Giving the importance of the technological innovation,studying the impetus of technological innovation and explore how to increase corporate's R&D investment have great practical significances.This thesis will place perspective on the high-tech industries,study the internal determinants of the corporation's R&D investment.This thesis analyzes the enterprise technical innovation theory and other relative modern corporation theories to explore the internal determinants of R&D investment.Investigate the situation of corporate R& D investment in our country,find out the problems and its' causes.And then makes use of the date and information from high-tech industries in GuangDong to explore the internal determinants of R&D investment.Establish models that focus on the relationships of R&D investment and corporation size,sale,human capital,number of intellectual property rights and ownership.The result shows that the R&D people proportion,corporation size,the number of intellectual property rights have positive correlation with corporate R&D inverstment,income increase the amount of R&D invest but decrease the R&D intensity.More over,in the study of list company in the samples,we find that the sale expends has positive relationship with corporate R&D inverstment.
