Conduct Research To Financial Supervision Of The Enterprise With Chinese Investment Set Up In Macao

It is same to all the enterprises that financial management is the key of enterprise management which could decide the success or failure of the working of enterprise.The thesis analyzed the situation and the problems of financial supervision which happened in the enterprise with Chinese investment set up in Macao(ECSIM),explored the effective approach of consummating the way of financial supervision which start at the problems during the process of financial supervision of enterprise with Chinese investment set up in Macao,according to its setting in dynamic economic environment,take the theory of financial supervision as point of penetration,combined with some real case to be example. There are four main objectives:firstly,try to probe into the situation of financial supervision of ECSIM now;Secondly,comprehend the problems which exist in the financial supervision of ECSIM,the third,Find out the reasons of those problems happened in financial supervision;The fourth,bring forward the ways and methods of solving those problems.Three ideas were brought forward to solve the financial supervision problems of ECSIM in the paper,the first,try to consummate the framework of the enterprise,especially the organization for financial supervision,second,try to form a wholesome system of financial supervision by accrediting the majordomo of financial management to the enterprise by the investigator,unifying the financial & accountant system,innovating the system of personnel,changing the phenomena of "governed by one person",bringing the directorate play,creating an idea to do inner supervision,constructing the mechanism of inner financial supervision.In the end,based on the prior two terms,try to build up a new financial supervision model which is suitable to ECSIM.
