The Research On Change Management Of Direct Current Transmission Construction Project

This research combined with recent successful results of managing engineering change in China and abroad and basic information of managing construction change of Three Gorges-GuanDong province and Three Gorges-Shanghai DC construction project which has operated recently,and also through the analysis of situation of cost difference in managing DC construction project,which analyzed the trend of cost change and reasons in transforming station and DC line construction project.Through the agreement analysis to change the classification of costs and the cost of the contract and the classification change the ratio between the proportion of the cost of sorting,and other relations between the quantitative analysis carried out to find the most value construction change management,project management for DC Reference;Through the survey and agreement analysis to collect the items owners,design,supervision and construction units,such as management and technical staff to change the factors that affect the delivery of the importance of the evaluation,which analyzes the impact of the progress and the cost of adjusting the main factor.
