Rapid development of economy in the world today,the level of competitiveness is the key factor of success.At present,the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises is mainly embodied in the quality of product and service.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of modern quality management,more and more enterprises are starting to implement six sigma.Six sigma management through an organized and planned implementation of six sigma projects to achieve its economic benefits,as many scholars of the research and anelysis,we can see that the success of six sigma as a key point and the difficulty is the selection of six sigma projects.This dissertation reviews the present study of the selection of six sigma project both in china and abroad,and then point out that it has not formed a system method in the present research area regarding the selection of six sigma project.Through reference the theory of the Balanced Scorecard,the dissertation analyzes the influencing facters of the selection of six sigma project from four dimensions:the financial achievements,the satisfaction of customer,the ability of internal process and the risk of project,then constructed the evaluation criteria system.After that,through the way of consult the experts,screening and revising the original criteria. In order to check up the rationality of the criteria system,designed the questionnaire and test the reliability and validity of the recycled sample data.Accroding to the result of test,ascertain the final evaluation criteria system.Finally,on the foundation of the evaluation criteria system,the dissertation refers a kind of more objective evalution model called DEA to select the six sigma project,which is combined with the grey relational theory.Through the method of the empirical analysis, it has been verified that the criteria system and evalution model is feasible and maneuverable in practise.Thus it provides us a systematic theoretical basis for the selection of six sigma project.
