As one of the pillar industries of tourism, travel agents can not be separated from the prosperity and development of tourism. The advent of customer relationship time makes Travel Agency recognize customer relationship management means importance for travel agency operation and management. In order to gain an invincible position in the highly competitive tourism market, the travel agency must grasp client needs, and set up a solid client relationship. With the development of tourism, travel agencies have increased year by year at the scale at the same time, because of the vicious competition among travel agencies, but accompanied by an annual decline in profits. Not only disrupted the tourism market order, it also undermines the stable and sustainable relationship between travel agents and customers. At the time of Customer-oriented, the emergence of the Internet has changed the traditional business model of travel agency, long-term and stable customer relationship is even more significant in training and enhancement of the Travel Agency's core competitive advantage.First of all, this paper sort out, defined and analyzed the concept of customer relationship management, based on the analysis of the impact of customer relationship management and support of travel agencies implement customer relationship management,50 travel agencies selected in Urumqi for the study through a questionnaire survey research, from the aspects of travel agents in the management of current customer relationships, customer retention strategies, communication with clients and the reasons for the loss of room for improvement in customer relationship management, through a questionnaire survey with EXCEL software analysis, then from the website content, website promotion, self-service functions and website development for travel agencies in Urumqi for the construction of the site investigation and analysis of existing problems, based on the above analysis, make summary of challenges our travel agency customer relationship management implementation exist. At last, propose strategies and recommendations to provide for customer relationship management of the travel agency.Based on the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of travel agents to implement customer relationship management and put forward relevant proposals and strategies, I hope this article has done research on improving the level of customer relationship management agencies and making reference.
