With the development of market economy in our country, the turnover problem becomes more popular nowadays. The study on employee turnover becomes an important field in Human Resources Management. The researches began to discuss the problem of employee turnover at the beginning of the 20th century, formed many models. These studies explored the important factors which affect the turnover problem. In China, employee turnover models are fairly immature. The study on employee turnover models is necessary today.In our nation, by collecting questionnaire, the research explores antecedent variables of turnover intention and interrelations. The study is based on the existed studies. It puts emphases on the features of travel agency employees and brings forward the important influential factors. It discusses the relationships among factors and establishes the model of marketing employee turnover and makes the corresponding administrative measures.Through interview and survey methods, the employee turnover primary questionnaire is employed to investigate the influential factors. After analyzing the survey results, primary questionnaire is adjusted and corrected and formal questionnaire form is made. Through investigating 248 respondents, the data is analyzed by SPSS 13.0. The results of the paper includes: the factors, such as job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job stress, pay and benefits, promotional chances, support, procedural justice, distributive justice, autonomy etc. shows their more powerful explainable ability for turnover intention; job stress, pay and benefits, promotional chances, support, autonomy etc. demonstrates their effectiveness in explaining job satisfaction; procedural justice, distributive justice, occupation change intention, promotional chances etc. demonstrates their effectiveness in explaining organizational commitment.This paper is divided into six parts. First, it's an introduction, describing the background, choice of object, significance and method totally. Second, it's a summary of employee turnover models both home and abroad. Third, according to the research of turnover, it'll find the turnover factors, and then design the questionnaire. Fourth, trying analyzing the research results. Revise the questions by examinating the items, factors, believe degree and effect degree, and get the formal questionnaire. Fifth, investigate. Research the relationship among factors and the affections on turnover by relevance and regression analysis. On the base of it, it'll put forward new turnover model and route analysis. Finally, according to the analysis, it'll give the suggestions on turnover, hoping to provide useful measures.
