Project Management Basic Application In N Company Telecom Network Implementation

In this essay, the project of Fujian mobile telecommunication will be taken as the case to study. From a project manager's view, according to the contents and requirements of the modern project management combined with the characteristics of the Fujian project, the author employs modern project management theories and model to analyze and summarize the management of cost and communication. The article's content mainly includes three parts: first, introduce project management development history, trend and the project management knowledge system, include project definitions and nine knowledge areas of the project management. Introduce and analyze characteristics during the telecommunication roll out phase. Second, from the project management point of view, focus on introducing the cost and communication management in the project and provide the practical solutions. Third, based on the previous two parts, summarize the content and give some suggestions.According to the analysis of this thesis, under the challenges of massive implementation, fast delivery and profit margins decline, the telecommunication suppliers need to set up the customer oriented and high efficient project management team. At the same time, this thesis put forth the following suggestions: First, the suppliers need to be business and customer oriented and deliver the customized solution. Second, the suppliers need to set up the end to end project delivery system based on the project management culture. Third, the suppliers need to accelerate the establishment of project management information technology and standardization management, improve the remote automation degree of project delivery. Fourth, continue expanding the project implementation outsourcing scale and strengthening the outsourcing management.
