In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the communication network that can promote social and economic development and progress in the information age has also continued to expand.At the same time,compared with other engineering projects,the investment in communication engineering projects has been increasing,and the scientific and technological content is getting higher and higher.Wired broadband access to the Internet is most familiar with Internet users in communications engineering projects.In order to meet the network traffic upgrade and broadband rate requirements brought by the upgrade of Internet applications,and in response to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,the three major operators of the state have comprehensively promoted the speed reduction of cable broadband.China Telecom,China Mobile and China Unicom have a large number of cable broadband transformations every year.The project needs to be built.It is in this context that this paper chose the T project of the communication engineering company as the research object.The T communication project is the transformation of the regional broadband network.It is a technology that replaces the traditional ADSL and LAN network access.The cost characteristics and construction process and process of this type of project are relatively fixed.And the number of projects is very large.By studying the cost management of T projects,it can provide reference and reference for project cost management of other transformation of the regional broadband network projects.For T communication engineering projects,successful project cost management is an effective way to improve the efficiency of T projects.However,the current T project has four problems: unclear cost budget,unreasonable cost classification,inaccurate cost accounting,and imperfect cost control.These problems make the T project backfire in project cost management.If you want to effectively manage the cost of T project,you must first refine the cost budget project of T project.Therefore,based on the whole process cost management theory of the project,the T project is decomposed into three stages: pre-,in-,and post-event.The cost of the T project in three phases is reasonably classified,which provides a solid foundation for cost accounting and cost control of the T project.In view of the unclear budget of the T project,this paper has refined the cost of the T project,refined the cost budget to each material and step that needs to be used,and has a detailed budget to the cost of the project construction process.There is a dynamic adjustment of the object of comparison,in order to achieve reasonable cost control of the project cost.
