Supply chain management is a popular mode of management, and tourism supply chain is a new concept for describing the interrelations between tourism enterprises in tourism economic activity. The purpose of tourism supply chain is to decrease transaction cost and maximize the interests of tourism enterprises in cooperation. Coordination is the foundation and a necessary prerequisite for the tourism supply chain to achieve these goals.This paper focuses on the coordination of the tourism supply chain, based on the relevant researches and theories of supply chain and uses the theories, such as Contract Theory, Game Theory, Information Economics and Externality theory. In order to make contribution to solve the issues of the tourism supply chain, this paper selected the coordinated elements according to product flow, information flow, capital flow and knowledge flow in the supply chain, combined with the relationships structure of the tourism supply chain and the unique characteristics. The constructed model in this paper selects the travel agencies and government as the main coordinator which aims to solve the issue of the products Externality, information asymmetry and so on. In the end, this paper combined with the status quo of tourism supply chain in Yantai, and proposes some coordinated suggestions for tourism supply chain purposefully.The creativity of this Paper is described below. Firstly, the paper selects the elements of coordination and coordinators based on theories and program of the organization coordination. Secondly, the paper optimizes the single coordination mechanism of the traditional supply chain and using multi-elements such as products, information, capital, knowledge to solve the problems, Thirdly, it makes the analysis the strengths and weaknesses of travel agencies and government in the tourism supply chain's coordination and constructs a dual coordination mechanism. Finally, compared with the discount price contract, the paper designs a new income-distribution mechanism in order to stimulate tourism suppliers to produce and designs the new push -pull mode of coordination to coordinate the product flow. |
