| Because of the rich resources of Xinjiang,Xinjiang tourism assume a hard foundation.Morewover,,it brings a large number of excellent opportunies for the operators of Xinjiang tourism.But as the demands of the tour comsumers are becoming more and more personalizing ,those operators are facing more and more pressure.How to find a new kind of business operating model from their own views,so they can improve the operating efficiency of Xinjiang tourism market,providing good and perfect service for the tourists and moreover leading Xinjiang tourism to a sustainable development is the urgent problem for the Xinjiang tourism's oprerators that they have to face,think and solve.In the first place ,this thesis explicates the meaning of supply chain,then analyze the mechanism of Xinjiang tourism operation is perfectly match to the process of the supply chain management.Then,in the following part by analyzing the trend of the Xinjiang tourism,the present model of tourism supply chain and its problems,and the advantages and disadvantages of the members of Xinjiang tourism supply chain,we can find that Xinjiang tourism have to choose travel agencies as its core enterprise to built relative supply chain model.In the fourth chapter,the thesis mainly studies that as a core erterprise travel agents can make advantage of the internet and imformation technology to built internal supply chain and external supply chain and the integration of the two kind of supply chain.In the fifth part of the thesis,it describes how to run and maintain the model of travel agencies supply chain.The last part is the conclusion.it refers that through building Xinjiang travel agent supply chain,we can make better use of the resources ,and so we can built the core advantages of the supply chain and improve the whole benefits of the supply chain.That is to say,we can assure every member's benefit of the chain and at the same time we can promote the sustainable development of Xinjiang tourism. |
