A Study On Enterprise A Implementing Three Major Standards To Establish Management System

The social responsibility of a corporate is the responsibility which is commit to stakeholders such as consumers,employees,society and the environment including compliance with business ethics,safety of manufacture,emphasis on legitimate rights of staffs and the environment protecting and resources saving when it creating profit and protecting interest of shareholders.More and more enterprises realize that taking the social responsibility does not increase operating costs;On the contrary,a practical implementation of corporate social responsibility will enhance the competitiveness of enterprises to achieve sustainable development.Many enterprises have taken action to improve the management of social responsibility on their own initiative.E Establishment of social responsibility by Chinese enterprises has entered into a phase of voluntary action.ISO9001,ISO14001,OHSAS18001 are the three major management system standards which shows responsibility to consumers,environment,staff,and also is according with the main object of corporate social responsibility which is emphasized currently.At same time,it offered the method and the basis of evaluation to the main management activities.Firstly,this article is based on the perspective of corporate social responsibility, summed up the main business needs of management in nowadays,combined with the background of construction industry,then analyzed the necessity and feasibility in construction enterprise adopting and implementing the three criteria to create the management system.Secondly,discuss gradually the case which construction enterprise A integrated adopt three major criteria management system to construct and implement standard construction management system.This article focuses on description and analysis of the process and results during enterprise A building and implementing those systems.It also summed up the existing problems in the process of implementation,and provide the propose solutions.Through analysis of enterprise A adopting integrated three standards of build management system.This article will be expected to be helpful for construction enterprise applying to establish integrated management system,and further enhance effectiveness of construction enterprises' integrated management system,therefore promoting the enterprises to implement their social responsibility.That is theoretical significance and practical value this article has.
