Knowledge exchange is one of the important contents of knowledge management, and the effective sharing of knowledge is an important guarantee for the application and innovation of knowledge. In this paper, knowledge exchange network inside enterprise and the evaluation systems of the effect of knowledge exchange effect in enterprise were constructed, and put forward some suggestions to improve knowledge-sharing. The main work included the following aspects:(1) The concept of knowledge "tacit degrees" was introduced, and based on the criteria for the classification of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge which Polanyi used, indicators reflect for knowledge exchange had been designed as the reference of the degree of tacit and one part of the evaluation systems of the effect of knowledge exchange effect in enterprise.(2) The evaluation systems of the effect of knowledge exchange effect in enterprise were constructed. Key indicators included: "tacit degrees" (K), the ability of the sender (S) and the recipient (R), the similarity of sender and recipient (I), communicate means (M) and communicate environment (E).(3) Combined the formal business relationships and informal personal contacts, built knowledge exchange network inside enterprise, and used social network software UCINET 6.0 to analysis it.(4) On the base of influence factors of knowledge exchange effect in enterprise and the results of the network analyses, measures to enhance the effectiveness of knowledge exchange and strategy to promote network management were studied.
