We could find that most of the agricultural industry cluster are the gradually aggregation process of production of the core industries and their upstream and downstream organizations in such district if we look at the formation process of them all times and in all. And it is a process of concentration of the supply chain organization members in such kind of industry. In fact, industrial cluster is a concentration of one or more supply chains in a geographical region. So, we can accelerate the development of regional economics and promote the competitive power if we strengthen the coupling of industry cluster and supply chain. Because of the traits of the agricultural products' producing, processing and consumption, the economic entities in the agricultural industry cluster are conducting themselves by supply chain. And it is the organic fusion of the cluster network and supply chain. It is the same situation in practice. The formation process of the vegetable industry cluster was the convergence of the upstream and downstream organizations to this region in Shouguang, Shandong province. So, settling and conceiving the theoretical system of the agricultural industry cluster in perspective of supply chain and using the supply chain idea to guide the development of agricultural industry cluster will be another important topic of the research of supply chain management and industry cluster. In view of this, this article will research the agricultural industry cluster in perspective of supply chain. This article researches the agricultural industry cluster in perspective of supply chain. Main contents and products are as followings.First, put forward the conception of agricultural supply chain cluster based on recalling the theory of agricultural industry cluster, supply chain management and the joint between them. Clear up the research status of the agricultural supply chain cluster. Aiming at no clear definition of agricultural supply chain cluster in theoretical circles now, the article defines the connotation of the agricultural supply chain cluster and concludes the different traits and types between supply chain cluster and industry cluster, which lays the theoretical basis for this paper.Second, the paper defines the agricultural supply chain cluster from industry range and associated angle separately. It analyzes the characteristics of agricultural supply chain cluster. Using the Cournot model, the article researches the cooperation relationship between the homogeneous enterprises that provide products and service for the leading enterprises in the horizontal supply chain and studies the cooperation game between the upstream and downstream enterprises which have master-slave relationship in vertical supply by using of Stackelberg model in agricultural supply chain cluster. In addition, it also analyzes another special game relationship in vertical supply chain: the cooperation game between numbers of farmers and agricultural leading enterprises.Third, based on the practical investigation at Shouguang vegetable supply chain cluster, we do a practical analysis of Shouguang vegetable supply chain cluster as the example of agricultural supply chain cluster. Conclude the general situation of Shouguang vegetable supply chain cluster and discuss the formation of the up and downstream industries, relative auxiliary industry and service section respectively in Shouguang vegetable supply chain cluster based on the productive base.Last, aiming at the problems existing in the supply chain management, we have done a deep research and put forward the policy suggestion about the further development of agricultural supply chain cluster.
