| As the productivity,science and technology undergo great changes,the strategic concept of supply chain serves as an alternative of taking single company as a competing unit to keep pace with the increasingly dynamic market need and smaller market segment.Trust,as a lubricant of the supply chain system,has an important role in the effective and efficient operation of the system.In fact,the implement of supply chain in China has been hold by the lack of trust.The lack of trust is one of the factors which lead to the series of quality accidents of food and drug.To pursuit the profit,companies set blind eyes to trust which cause harm to their partners,society and even themselves.But,the supply chain can not survive without trust.Although the members in a supply chain share common profit,there is conflict which can be orchestrated by trust.Rebuild the trust is beneficial to both companies and society.The thesis firstly introduces the background,purpose,structure and method of the research.After a analysis of exiting literature,the thesis comes up with the research perspective.Then,the thesis looks into the attributes of trust in supply chain on the theoretical basis.Here,a model of effect of difference betwixt andbetween corporate cultures on trust in supply chain is offered and explanation of the model is added.The thesis goes to suggestions on how to build trust in supply chain regarding the existence of difference betwixt and between corporate cultures.Finally,the thesis makes a conclusion and discusses the weakness and future trend of the research.The creation of this thesis is researching the trust in supply chain from corporate culture perspective.This research perspective is rare in relevant supply chain study.
