In recent years, supply chain management has become a research hotpot ofenterprise management. With supply chain theory gradually being mature, the supplychain management put into practice. At present, more and more enterprises begin topay attention to and practices in the cooperative development of supply chain. Basedon supply chain member enterprises as the research object, this paper research therelationships of three variables, supply chain trust as the independent variable,organizational learning as a intervening variable, cooperative performance as thedependent variable. The research of combining the variables is less. Start with theabove research blank, this paper uses empirical research method and respectivelydefines the knowledge category of supply chain trust, organizational learning andcooperative performance. This paper collects data in the form of questionnaire and useSPSS and Amos software to deal with the data. In the end, the study obtains theresults of processing data and research conclusion.Before this study, the author has read a mass of literature related to this researchand cleared up the related knowledge. Based on the previous studies, this paperdivided organizational learning into four dimensions: learning commitment, sharedvision, open mind, inside and outside organization knowledge sharing. This paperanalyzed the influence of organizational learning and four dimensions to cooperativeperformance, the influence of supply chain trust to cooperative performance, theinfluence of supply chain trust to organizational learning and four dimensions. Thepaper built the theoretical framework of supply chain, organizational learning andcooperative performance, and put forward research hypotheses. This study madedescriptive analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation analysis andregression analysis in turn to test the proposed hypotheses. Finally, this paper obtain research conclusion according to the results of data analysis.This paper adopts the method of empirical research, collecting data byquestionnaire, measuring three variables and four dimensions by the mature scales.Supply chain enterprises’ members at all levels are the questionnaire survey object.The study issued400questionnaires and took back248questionnaires. SPSS19.0and Amos software are used to make descriptive analysis to know about thecondition of interviewees’ answers and questionnaire data’ source, to make scalereliability and validity analysis to test reliability and validity of scale, to makecorrelation analysis to know about direction and degree of the correlation betweeneach variable. Based on the above analysis, this paper made regression analysis totest the proposed hypothesis, the analysis’ results showing that the hypotheses areestablished.The research conclusions basically have the following points:(1) Supply chaintrust has significantly positive influence on cooperative performance.(2) Supplychain trust has significantly positive influence on organizational learning.Specifically, supply chain trust has significantly positive influence on fourdimensions of organizational learning.(3) Organizational learning has significantlypositive influence on cooperative performance. Pacifically, four dimensions oforganizational learning have significantly positive influence on cooperativeperformance.(4) Organizational learning has a significant intermediary role betweensupply chain trust and cooperative performance. After adding organizational learning,the relationship between supply chain trust and cooperative performance isweakened. It showed that organizational learning play a significant part intermediaryrole between supply chain trust and cooperative performance. Therefore, supplychain trust can not only affect cooperative performance directly, but also affectcooperative performance by organizational learning indirectly.Finally, based on the research conclusion, this paper put forward several advicesto optimize supply chain cooperative performance and promote the long-termcooperation, and proposed the research’s shortcomings and the vision of the futureresearch.
