| Nowadays as the development of the reform and opening-up,the upgrading instruction of industrial in a country or a distraction is not only dependent on internal promotion but also dependent on promotion of the external factors.In the past three decades,Guangdong province has been attracting the foreign investment in the districts of Hongkong,Macau etc by its geographic advantages.And then as the further depth of the reform and opening-up,the province has been using foreign investment from more and more districts and countries.Because of effect of the foreign investment,the economy growth of the province has developed rapidly.The upgrading and the adjustment of instruction in this province have been driven by the FDâ… or Fâ…¡in the use of the foreign investment,and positive spillover effect of the advanced technology and administrate model.Meanwhile,most of the foreign investment comes from Hongkong,which causes the different distribution in this province and in different industries,and also has the negative effects to the coordinated development of industries in Guangdong province and the further adjustment of the industrial structure and upgrade.The analysis of this paper based on the actual situation in Guangdong province,drawing the Singapore's success in achieving the experience of transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,gives the policy recommendations to the Guangdong province which decides to use the foreign direct investment to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure in the future.The first chapter of the paper gives the atmosphere,purpose,meaning and relative things of this article by summarizing the related literature of the FDI an industry structure,and then introducing the innovation of this paper.The second chapter gives the related introduction of the industry structure and upgrading structure and the mechanism and theory of the upgrading structure by the using of the foreign investment.While the third and forth chapters overview the attracting foreign investment in Guangdong province and analysis the effects of the foreign investment to the industrial structure.The fifth chapter authenticates the effects of the FDI to the upgrading of the Guangdong province by the empirical point and gives the conclusion with combining of chapter fourth:the effects of FDI are double-edged sword,it has the positive effect while the negative one also can not be avoided.The sixth chapter introduces the example of Singapore,analyzing the successful of Singapore's use of FDI on industrial transformation and upgrading as well as the revelation of Guangdong Province.In accordance with the preceding analysis,the seventh chapter presents the suggestions that the use of foreign direct investment further to promote upgrading of the industrial structure. |
