The thesis originates from constructing technological development fund project of Qingdao in 2006-- Study on Parking Problem of the Urban Residential Areas in Qingdao.With rapid growth of China's national economy, especially after the accession to WTO,automobiles are becoming more and more common of the national in Chinese families .Random Parking has brought inconveniences to ,and also influenced the life quality of the local dwellers .How to solve this problem and how to build the harmony dwelling environment for man and car has been an urgent duty to the city.The thesis adopts the approaches of data collection and on site investigation to study parking problem, summarizes domestic and international research results,builds the comprehensive evaluation based on AHP and fuzzy theory,puts solutions to the parking in the urban residential areas forword.Main role includes:1.The thesis analyzes the origin of parking problem, describes the car development in China and Qingdao,and discusses the parking problem of the urban residential areas.2.The thesis summarizes planning method,research results,experience and lessons of urban residential areas in different historical periods.3.The thesis discusses the parking planning and design from following several aspects of parking target, parking layout, parking ways, dynamic transportation organization and parking environment and explores the countermeasures and solutions to the parking in the urban residential areas.4.Using a comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP and fuzzy theory, the thesis analyzes the parking status of four types residential areas in Qingdao.The result shows that the parking problem mainly exists in commodity apartment and old residential area.5.According to the conclusions of the model, the thesis analyzes the solutions to the parking in commodity apartment and old residential area.The results of the thesis can be used as reference to building new residential district and reforming old residential area. |
