Cultivating the farmers with knowledge, farming technique and management is not only the core content of the New Countryside Construction, but also the development basic guarantee of the New Countryside Construction. To promote the New Countryside Construction requires a large amount of the allocation of resources, and human resources are undoubtedly the most valuable. In Shandong quantity of human resources in rural areas is very large, but the human resources development should not be optimistic about the quality of human resources which is not high in rural areas. Therefore, human resource development in rural areas can strengthen the rural workforce, improve the quality of human resources, promote rural economic development in Shandong, adjust the agricultural structure, increase the income of peasants and have important significance of the new countryside constructionTaking the human resource development in countryside of Shandong province as the research object, based on the research results of the human resource development at home and abroad, according to the fundamental theories and relations of the new countryside construction and the human resource development, and analyzing of the status of human resources in rural areas in Shandong, the thesis analyzes the problems of he human resource development in countryside of Shandong province.
