Study Of Scheduling Management Of Laboratory Construction Project

In the process of the project implementation, project scheduling management can administrate the project's processing extent and the terminative deadline. The purpose of this is to achieve the overall goal under the time limitation. Scheduling management, investment management and quality management are the very important parts in the project management theory. The relationship among them is both opposite and unified. Project plan and project control are the most important factors in the project.In view of the laboratory construction and combined with the whole situation of the construction project of physics oceanography and oceanography laboratory in OUC, the thesis does systemic research on the project scheduling management theory. This thesis introduces the development of project management and project scheduling management, the basic theory and method, as well as the importance of time management at first. And then it interprets the particularity of the laboratory construction, does systemic research on the laboratory's plan and control, information management, check and acceptance of completed project, transferring management, and so on. Finally, combined with the whole situation of the construction project of physics oceanography and oceanography laboratory in OUC, the thesis investigates the potential factors that influence the construction of laboratory and puts forward the methods that prevent laboratory's construction from being delayed. The purpose of this is to help the universities especially the science and engineering universities control the whole process of laboratory's construction.
