As the 21st century, accelerating the progress of economic globalization,innovation and globalization, knowledge and technology is constantly advancing. Contemporary enterprises are faced with will no longer be a single competition among domestic enterprises, but more and more intense domestic and foreign enterprises the complex challenges and competition. At this stage for all enterprises need to constantly explore the practice of management for enterprise development. Enterprise development and exploration in the process, no doubt as a key core competence - knowledge workers will play a decisive role. Because they, as an important part of modern industrial structure gradually replaced the traditional sense of the labor force and in management, control, use of all resources within the enterprise's dominant position. Currently, the majority of companies have recognized this, but knowledge workers in the enterprise management and incentives, many problems still exist and hinder the development of enterprises and economic globalization process. So in exploring the management model for business development and practice while seeking incentive mode of knowledge workers has become urgent to solve the key business issues. The old incentive model of reform and the establishment of the new model must be based on the knowledge workers within the psychological changes and needs. Therefore it is necessary to improve and perfect from the business perspective of knowledge workers to explore a new mode of knowledge workers the incentive to improve and enhance their knowledge workers of job satisfaction, and to improve efficiency and enhance competitiveness.From the perspective of psychological contract research enterprise knowledge workers to start the incentive problem.Through in-depth analysis of enterprise knowledge worker's personality characteristics and psychological contract content, the content of their psychological contract and the characteristics of a more systematic analysis, And analysis of existing incentive model based on this study and the psychological contract of knowledge workers in the psychological and behavioral impact of proposed new mechanism of model assumptions, and then analyzed from the perspective of psychological contract incentives for knowledge workers and knowledge Worker at different stages of the needs of different incentives, Literature study, discussion, case analysis, design a suitable theory of knowledge workers incentive model. Found that management commitment, business integrity, development and cultural environment of knowledge workers is a key factor in the psychological contract.This study also explored different industries in our cultural, economic, legal background and knowledge-based organization within the psychological contract between employees and their influencing factors.Ultimately on the basis of these studies, put forward a sound business incentive of knowledge workers, and references to prove actual cases.
