After analyzing the behavior of farmers and the case of Economic Cooperation Organization based on introducing the development of the Farmer's Cooperative Economic Organizations in Longyan City, the author will further explore the operating mechanisms of the existing rural economic organizations, supporting policies, the dominant factors that influence development and the existing problems.From the study we know that the support of government policies and the good foundation of the Farmer's Cooperative Economic Organizations in Longyan are the favorable conditions for the Farmer's Economic Cooperation Organization to develop. The main issues constraining the development of the Farmer's Cooperative Economic Organizations in Longyan are: First, the ideological understanding and the support of the development still can not meet the needs of the development of the situation. Second, new economic cooperation of rural organizations can not adapt to the industrial development and the needs of farmers and enterprises in management and expansion of the function. In addition, in the process of investigating the behavior of farmers, from the farmers'point of view, the paper will fully respect the wishes of farmers, analyze the causes why the farmers do not participate in the Economic Cooperation Organization and present the suggestions that the field of services should be expanded to enhance the degree of organization, to connect farmers with Association more closely and so on.
