| The electricity market introduce the bidding mechanism, it can make the fair competition in the Power Transmission and Distribution Enterprises which have the qualification of electric power construction. The evaluation of bidder's competitiveness will help the Transmission and Distribution Enterprises to know their own strength in the bidding process, to select the best bidding quotation strategies, to establish a reasonable quotation; At the same time, in the process of evaluation, the vertical comparison with the same trade, it can help the company to found the weak links of their own competitiveness indicators, and to nurture and enhance the level of their own competitiveness. In this paper, it establish a comprehensive index system of the bidder's competitiveness evaluation ,and point out the evaluation model of AHP-fuzzy .Let the model is applied to the bid activities of H provincial Transmission and Distribution Company, the result showed that the rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation index system and evaluation model. |
