Research On Risk Management Of Power Project Cost

Along with the increase of investment, there are some new characteristics about power project. So, risk management of power project cost becomes a major issue. Firstly, this paper introduces the theory of project cost and risk management. Secondly, this paper analyses the process and method of risk identification about power project. Thirdly, the text also analyses the method of risk assessment about power project cost. Monte Carlo Simulation be used to analyses cost of power project .At the same time, This paper sum up a series of tactics of risk aversion about power project cost. Finally, the theory will be used in a power project for analysis cost risk, and authentication this model and strategy by the feasibility and reasonable.
