Analysis And Investigation Of Thermal Power Plant Deaerator Lifting Project

This article makes analysis and study for three kinds of engineering operation type based on the development of thermal power plant construction and the realization conditions of large equipment lifting in recent years, with examples of deaerator lifting for 200MW& 300MW units, comparing to the safety, cost and efficiency with modern project management theory. It states the necessity of choosing and configuring a heavy machinery, and proves the maneuverability and correctness of using heavy cranes for lifting deaerator with the method of combining theory and examples.In the electric power installation market with increasing competition, all the domestic and foreign electric power installation contractors own heavy cranes and machinary without exception. Safety reliability has been ensured at maximum with high efficient construction under scientific project management. The case in this article shows great verification of feasibility for the installation of deaerator lifting for 200MW,300MW units, meanwhile, it provides valuable reference for the machanical capacity configuration of 600MW and above units.
