The Study Of University Financial Grades Classification Management Innovation Model Based On Operation Concept

In this new century, the system of higher education and management concept experienced an important reform and development stage. According to the lack of realization way and methods research situation analyze, this paper construct and perfect financial grades classification management model of universities based on right configuration and operation concept. Also, this paper discussed how to establish an efficient and rational financial management model of universities with standard management, large scale and in maturing stage. With the operation concept, this paper combined both qualitative and quantitative analysis to construct financial grades classification management model of universities in our country, which has guiding significance to its practice.
