The market-oriented management model of tourist attractions has been promoting the economic development of local recently, but also causing a lot of exploitation damage of resources, which has aroused great concern to all sectors of the community. How do tourism managers choose the path of sustainable development, and find the equilibrium of resource protection and reasonable exploitation? It is now actively looking at ways of achieving sustainable development in a variety of paths.Hunan Huatian Group as the leading enterprises in the tourism industry, and the initial involvement in the management of scenic spots, so to explore a development model is necessaryAccording to the theory of tourism sustainable development, Tourism Bill of Rights, the Global Tourism Code of Ethics, and the development strategy of scenic spot of Huatian Group, this paper tries to find a new management model which is suitable to Huatian by empirical research of Zhangjiajie scenic spot. The starting point of this study is to achieve the sustainable development of tourist attractions of Huatian Group and find a new scenic spot management model. The full text was divided into four parts: the first part briefly introduces the natural scenic spot management model types existing at home and abroad, the problems exist in scenic spot management and the theoretical basis of this study. The second part illustrates the tourism development strategy, scenic sport development strategy and their goals of Huatian Group, at the same time, the situation of scenic spot and management foundation of Huatian Group are introduced. The third part chooses Zhangjiajie scenic spot which has the same cultural background and geographical condition of Huatian scenic spot as the study sample. Through studying the management model and characteristics of Zhangjiajie scenic spot, we could draw on the experience of it to establish management model for Huatian. In the last part, on the basis of empirical study, the paper tries to explore a Three-type scenic spot management model for Huatian which include environment- friendly mechanism, resources-conservative mechanism and benefit- harmony mechanism.
