Followed many pro-agricultural policies issued by Beijing Municipal Government, especially with the government subsidies for peasants buying machines, all kinds of machines of vegetables, flowers, plant protection, and animal husbandry have been introduced and used. Lack of people with practical skills for agricultural machines seems to be more and more conspicuous, even threatening new techniques introduction. This research is based on the practice in agricultural mechanization of Beijing. Through some methods such as referring to bibliography and field survey, information about workers in the agricultural machine and vocational technical education was collected, and the advantages and achievements of agricultural mechanization vocational technical education of Beijing were analyzed. Based on the problems of agricultural mechanization vocational technical education of Beijing, the measures and suggestions have been proposed. The research results are as follows:1. Based on the reality of Beijing, the situation of workers in agricultural mechanization had been analyzed. The results reveal that lack of excellent skills is widespread in agricultural mechanization jobholders of Beijing. Along with the rapid developed of agricultural mechanization, the problem becomes more and more conspicuous.2. The favorable conditions of agricultural mechanization vocational technical education in Beijing were analyzed, which show that Beijing enjoys four advantages, such as the superior political environment, perfect training organizations, steady jobholders, independent accrediting body and evaluators.3. Current situation of agricultural mechanization vocational technical education in Beijing was summarized. The operational mechanism of agricultural mechanization vocational technical education in Beijing was analyzed in the respects of policy and legal system, type of education, educational targets, accrediting body, training organizations and management system.4. Achievements of the agricultural mechanization vocational technical education in Beijing were summed up: people's awareness of vocational technical education was raised, levels of qualified agricultural machinery repairman were raised, farming machinery schools underwent good development, which make a new hotspot for agriculture of Beijing.5. Nine problems of agricultural mechanization vocational technical education in Beijing have been analyzed: training subsidies and funds are not continual, some school faculty lack up-to-date consciousness, districts and counties make little of personnel training, farmers'desire for training is not strong, skilled people is very short and uneven, applicable teaching material is lacking, the jobholders are kind of old, training work does not coordinate with other task, incomplete system results in inferiority in training .6. Based on rich experience and research results, eight measures and suggestions were made: strengthening leadership, setting up long-range plan, securing funding for agricultural mechanization vocational technical education, strengthening infrastructure of agricultural mechanization school, integrating all kinds of agricultural mechanization works, flexing training methods, enriching training contents and printing training manual for farm machinery jobholders. |
