A company must be able to promptly detect changes in internal and external environment,make a positively adjustment,learn new skills,adopt a new mode of operation of the business to continue to learn to deal with the highly competitive environment,if it wants to survival and develop in the market that dramatically changes.As the deepening of research on organizational learning,its importance has been increasingly recognized by people.In addition,as the problem on the brain drain continues to exacerbate,the researches on turnover of employees in business continue to deepen.Many studies show that employees' Job Satisfaction directly affects the turnover of staffs.In that case,do organizational learning,employee satisfaction and turnover exist a significant relationship?The article putted forward the theoretical framework and four basic assumptions that based on relevant researches in the paper,and with EMBA in Beijing Jiaotong University for survey participants,made a questionnaire survey about organizational learning situation,their job satisfaction and turnover,and done empirical analysis to the theoretical framework and assumption.The article had collected 80 valid questionnaires, and done empirical analysis to the relationship among organizational learning,job satisfaction and turnover,using factor analysis,reliability analysis,canonical correlation analysis and structural equation methods and so on.The results showed that organizational learning had a significant positive impact on job satisfaction,job satisfaction had a significant negative impact on turnover,and organizational learning had indirect,negative impact on turnover through job satisfaction.
