Vegetables occupy an important position in the development of agricultural production in China.The price,quality and security of vegetables will have a dramatic effect on people's livelihood,so the study on the cost problem of vegetables has very important practical significance.This paper mainly uses the method of combination the theory discussion and case studies,proposes the strategy cost management application pattern,which is suitable in the vegetables supply and marketing chain,based on the analysis and application of strategic cost management environment request,profiting from the correlated theories research of supply chain cost management,combining the research results of strategic cost management by the domestic and foreign scholars;then applies it in the vegetables wholesale market as the core of Beijing vegetables supply and marketing chain cost management;selects Beijing XINFADI vegetables wholesale market as the research objective,which is the most representative market in Beijing.Then apply the strategic localization analysis,the strategic value chain analysis and the strategic cost agent analysis to the objective,combining activity based costing(ABC),then summarize the problems of the Beijing vegetables supply and marketing chain existing operation pattern,and propose the some method to solve the question.Based on research of strategic cost management and try to applicants it in Beijing vegetable supply and marketing chain Market.This paper will strive for the cost management of Beijing vegetable supply and marketing chain in application to provide a value.
