| The Defined Contribution Enterprise Pension system is an important part in the multi-level old-age pension system of China. Connect with the characteristics and the role of Trust Capital, points out that the General Trust Capital is a key factor to development of the DC Enterprise Pension system.In the fourth part, the researcher analyzes the process of the formation, accumulation and generalization of Trust Capital in the field of DC Enterprise Pension, points out it's crucial role about the formation and development of DC Enterprise Pension system, and analyzes the social conditions which could impact and decide the formation and generalization of Trust Capital .Part V analyzes China's the current characteristics of Trust Capital of DC Enterprise Pension system of China. , and the social conditions which could impact the development of these characteristics .Part VI analyzes the existing problems of China's DC Enterprise Pension system, and put forward the ideas of to solve these problems from the view of Trust Capital .
