Study On The Post-assessment Of Social Impact On Urban Traffic Project

The post-assessment of social impact on urban traffic project as important basis for improving decision-making level has great realistic meaning to realize sustainable development and coordinate the development of project with society.The post-assessment of social impact on urban traffic project is studied systematically from theoretical aspect to apply it in practice effectively. In view of the theoretical basis and concept of post-assessment of social impact on urban traffic project, the content of it is divided to three aspects: socio-economic impact assessment,social public comments and social risk assessment. According to the content, the assessment system is established and assessment index system of social risk assessment is researched. The assessment method which both includes qualitative method such as logical framework approach, baseline survey analysis, contrast method and benefit community analysis method and quantitative method such as input-output method, entropy weight coefficientor, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is investigated on the base of assessment system. EWC—AHP—FCE as a improved model is adopted in social risk assessment by analysis and comparison, which not only provide a way of optimized weight but sort social risk level according different affected area, and further determine the risk level of the whole projects. Finally, the post-assessment of social impact of South of the Third Ring Road, Wuhan City as empirical study is put forward by using related assessment method in three aspect of content.
