Correlative Analysis On Strategic Human Capital's Property Rights And The State-owned Enterprises' Profit Capability

Strategic human capital is a development and extension study of human capital theory.Strategic human capital is a group capital including knowledge,skill,experience,conception and potential that obtained by company through educate,internal training,learning-by-doing and culture edification.In company,the existing forms of strategic human capital are managers at all levels,technological innovative talents and labors with special contribution.In operating the firm,more powerful integrating functions can be realized,advantages of innovation can be developed,it also has the mortgage function to undertake the risks of firms due to its higher knowledge and skill stores,scarcity,firm-specific, lack of imitation,substitution and replication and strategic fitness. Because of its features and functions,strategic human capital becomes an important influencing factor to enterprise profit capability.Since the Reform and Opening,the state-owned enterprises' profit capability was decreased and then increased continuously.Through a series reformations the state-owned enterprises' human capital property rights was clear and complete gradually,but problems are still existing in strategic human capital property rights.This study searching the correlation between strategic human capital property rights and the state-owned enterprises' profit capability based on theory and empirical study,finding that clear and complete of the strategic human capital property rights is an important influencing factor to enterprise profit capability.Therefore,the state-owned enterprise should energetically improvement strategic human capital property rights systems by two ways of individual system and group system.Realization of strategic human capital property rights' definition,incentive and constraining by establish stock-system of strategic human capital and dynamic regulation of strategic human stock.Play the role of strategic human capital property rights to improve the state-owned enterprises' profit capability.
