An Analysis On Tourism Labor's Mobility

With the rapid development of tourism development,more and more labors shift to tourism.It is important for tourism employment to explore ourism labor's mobility,however domestic studies are still at an early stage.Based on Positivism analysis thought,this paper explores,and chooses Yangshuo Xi-jie as the study case.The author obtains the data through social sample survey and interview.Two main sectors those are foundation and demonstration are included.The first sector involves introducing theoretical foundation and research methods,and it includes the anterior 2 chapters.Firstly the background and significance of the selected subjects are clarified,then the author has a review on the relevant research and theories at home and abroad,further makes a theoretical construct about the paper.The second part of this paper is demonstration analysis.Among this,the third chapter is the main part,introducing the background of destination and the status of the social sample survey, discussing the mobility motivation and occupation self-evaluation.The analysis process as follows.At first,describing characteristic of labors who shift to tourism.Secondly,exploring tourism labor's mobility motivation by factor analysis and ANOVA.The result founds mobility motivation is made up of nine factors.They are life-style,local preference, occupation refugee,professional interest,economic motivation, optimistic industry attitude,model effect,the demand of growth and development,and others.Life-style is the most important mobility motivation.In addition,the mobility motivation of different characteristics' labors has some difference.At last,discuss occupational self-evaluation and its influencing factors.The fourth chapter compares the phenomenon of labors who shift to tourism at home and abroad.In the basis of aforementioned analysis,the fifth chapter makes a summary for the full text,and points out the issues that need further discussion.
