Study On Incentive Mechanism Of Green Construction

The implementation of green construction,inevitable demand of building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society,is an important part of building the construction industry of sustainable development.However,the development of China's green construction which has a slow pace is still in its infancy.So it's an urgent need to build the incentive mechanism of green construction.In terms of the connotation,this paper found that the fundamental reasons which hinder the development of green construction are public attributes and negative externalities by analyzing economic characters.Drawing ideas of government intervention,this article gave some proposals of legislation and economic incentives to promote the development of green construction on the basis of analyzing the existing laws and policies.In addition,on the assumption that construction enterprises would dedicate to maximize the effectiveness,this paper built the reputation incentive model based on repeated games between construction units and building contractor,providing effective measures which will put reputation incentive and safeguard mechanism of green construction into effect.Finally,this paper built evaluation index system and evaluation model of effectiveness of green construction aimed at promoting the development of green construction,and analyzed one of Urumqi construction programs with Quality-Load and fuzzy AHP.
