Study On The Evaluation And Innovation In Project Management Mode

Project management mode means that treat the management object as a system, through a certain degree of organization and management, enabling the system to normal operation and to ensure that their goals. Project management mode is one of the key factors to determine the success of a project At present, there are lots of project management modes and each model has its own characteristics, but these modes can not solve the fundamental objectives of the project management.This thesis analyzes some of the project management modes which used widely in abroad, makes a systematical expatiation on the connotation and organization relation of each mode, and makes contrastive analysis of each project management mode from the characteristics, scope of application, the type of contract. At the same time, makes analysis present situation of these modes's application in China, summs up the project management modes used widely in our country. On this basis, using mathematical model evaluated the project management mode which commonly used. Combination of Surveying summed up the problem of these modes in the application process. To solve these problems, this paper presents a new project management mode. Makes a profound analysis on the connotation,characteristics, function, operation mechanism and operation environment of the new mode.The new mode can resolve the matter of failing to fulfill the project management objectives. It is beneficial to promote the development of project management, aslo improve the project management level.
