The Research Of Group's Personnel Composition Based On Society Network

Human society is a special part of the entire nature, many scholars from different disciplines of the human society had a lot of groundbreaking research, trying to understand from different perspectives of development of human society, the law of sport. In order to study the characteristics of such a large-scale system and the rule, a new theoretical research methods-complex network theory, was greatly developed and applied.After finding the small-world effect and scale-free property of many real complex networks by empirical studies,the research about complex networks is becoming a hot issue over resent years. Many of the systems can be effectively modeled by networks in which the units of the systems are modeled as vertices, and the interactions among the units are modeled concisely as edges between the vertices.Empirical analysis is a very important part of the complex networks studies. So far, few of researches have focused on the theory and application of directed networks, and most of them treated directed networks as a na?ve extension of undirected networks .They simplified the problems belonging to directed networks as those of undirected networks. This should not make the true embodiment of the network property。In this paper, we abstract the network which based on the enterprise network into directed networks. Then we Then, we studied the networks'topology characteristics. The main works of this paper are as follows:First, we investigated the S Group's organizational structure and the staff composing. After the analysis, we got S Group's flow of work and the main intercommunion way. Secondly, on this basis, we got the social networks model which can correctly descript the S Group's management department staff relationship. We constructed E-mail directed network and telephone directed network, and studied both of the networks'network topology characteristics.Then, we constructed a new S Group's management department staff Social networks, and studied the networks'network topology characteristics.Finally, According to the result of the analysis of S Group's management department staff Social networks'network topology characteristics, we advanced a new complex-networks model. Then we compared the simulation results with the empirical findings.The main innovation points of this paper are as follows: 1. In this paper, in the process of conduct S Group's Management Department staff network, we used the method of dyad, and redefined a new network construction method, using this method, we advance a new social network model.2. We advanced a new complex-networks model, and also conducted a simulation test, the simulation results fitted the empirical findings quit well.
