Based On The Social Networks Tools To Construct Knowledge Networks Of Individual Level

Nowadays, in society of knowledge and economy, knowledge has become important strategic resources that enterprises have survived and developed. And knowledge management has become an important means of improving organizational performance. In recent years, problems of knowledge network have gradually become hot in the field of enterprise knowledge management research which in result of that people has known the value of knowledge existed in social network especially the recessive knowledge and the significance of social network for the diffusion and sharing of knowledge. Social network theory, originated in sociology, has provided a new perspective for the research of knowledge relationship from individual to individual, organizations to organizations. It also provide good explanation for how social network affect the acquisition, sharing, transfer, application and innovation of knowledge, and then affect the construction of knowledge network. No matter in enterprise, or out of enterprise, the individual is the key factor, and also an important node in knowledge network. Massive knowledge exists in the individual and then transfers and diffuses among individuals. Therefore, constructing a good knowledge network from a personal level plays a crucial role in individual knowledge's acquisition, sharing, transfer, application and innovation, then make the knowledge management successfully implemented, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly this thesis summarize the knowledge management practice of overseas and domestic company, analyzing the importance of the knowledge management and pointing out that knowledge network is the development of knowledge management, and is known as the second generation knowledge management. It also illustrates that individual level of knowledge network is the basic knowledge network. Then it focuses on the research of social network which embedded in people's knowledge network. To the social network factors which embedded in individual level and its influence to network in individual level, it studies from three aspects:knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and transfer, knowledge application and innovation. And then it uses the research theory construct the individual level network from the process function and overall system two aspects and put forward several new ideas.
