Research On The Complex Value-networks Modeling

The Value-networks is an adaptive, dynamic and complex system constucted by some enterprises in order to adapt to the changeable market environment and create more value. It bases on the Internet and information technology, and gathers the advantage of each net member together. With the appearance of this new network structure, the market geographical position as well as the time limit has been broken, so that the enterprises can seek kinds of resources in the world wide. This thesis not only defines the Value-networks, but also explains the character of the Value-networks by the Complex System Theory. We can find the advantage and key issues of the Value-networks easily from the systemic view. In order to dissertate the complicacy of the Value-networks, we establish the models on key issues. The models involve the operation mechanism and the evaluation mechanism. And the operation mechanism consists of logistic model, learning mechanism model and trust mechanism model. From the above analysis, we can see that the appearance of the Value-networks accords to the market requests, which not only pays attention to the enterprise interior resources and the competitive ability, but also the exterior,and emphasis on the coordination and the integration in members'resources.Through this thesis, we can get the following results and conclusions.(1) The complex structure of the Value-networks brings up the adaptability to the environment. The Complex System Theory can explain the character of Value-networks.(2) The complicacy of the Value-networks orgins from the nonlinear operation mechanism. We cannot realize the Value-networks by simple and linear method because of its diversification, which represents the dynamic character. In this thesis, the logistic model is established by System Dynamics, which can manifest the system dynamic behavior, so that the managers can discover the key factors in the operation process and improve them easily.(3) The Value-networks is evolving by interacting with the environment and learning from the environment. This organization is good at learning and absorbing knowledge all around. That are the self-learning and open character. The networks members have the independent knowledge system. Although their knowledge are complementary, but is hard to inosculate. The model of learning mechanism can reflect the Value-networks complex characters in knowledge management, and guarantee its high-efficient development.(4) The Value-networks can change the structure when it interacts with the environment, and responses to the changes in time. The interior regulation mechanism should be according to the environment changes, and that is the Self-organize character. The trust mechanism is the important support of the operate process. It can gather the enterprises capability, reduce the business cost and risk, and enhance the cooperate efficiency.(5) The Artificial Neural Networks can evaluate the level of the Value-networks development objectively by building the logical evaluate index system and network structure. The evaluation of the Value-networks helps people to have a comprehensive and objective understand to the Value-networks. In addition,it can offer support to the construction of the next Value-networks.
