Enterprise inventory management control has been a problem to be solved, the traditional solution to inventory control, mainly from the perspective of individual enterprises to consider, such as the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity, referred to as EOQ) model. With the external environment impact on the growing business, inventory issue should be resolved in a broader perspective. Foreign scholars from the 60's on the 20th century to the beginning of the inventory control of multi-stage exploration, the beginning of the 20th century, after the 90's, from the perspective of supply chain research inventory control, supply chain has become a hot research. Research on supply chain inventory management is the study of how the reasonable needs of the whole supply chain to reduce the inventory on the volume of orders was the best strategy for the rational allocation of corporate resources, meet the minimum capital and occupied the purpose to obtain maximum benefit.Inventory control as an important aspect at production activity of enterprise, especially in recent years, logistics and supply chain management development, research supply chain management environment of enterprise inventory control strategy for supply chain cost savings, improve the overall efficiency of the supply chain has important significance.In this paper, the traditional mode of operation of inventory management, and supply chain environment of modern inventory management models are discussed. Discusses the supply chain management inventory management in circumstances of the new problem, from system theory, integration theory put forward the perspective of the supply chain environment fit the new inventory management strategy and methods. Useing storage theory and genetic algorithms studys multi-level inventory management and its optimization problem at the supply chain environment. This article is mainly from the perspective of supply chain inventory problem for many a class system. From the basic concepts of inventory, inventory control and management methods traditional to the supply chain environment many of the class, such as inventory control problem a multi-pronged approach, focusing on research to discuss the logistics of multi-level inventory, storage between the optimal scheduling problem. In many inventory control and management class, not only to consider the cost of inventory control, try to add out of stock out of stock number and time, and inventory problem will be transformed into a multi-objective optimization problem.In this paper, the existing inventory management system is done further on the design and improvement. Set up a new model, the original system only at the cost of inventory on the basis of the enterprise out of time and the number of out of stock arising from the inventory costs and safety factor taken into account. Scheduling makes the original inventory have been greatly improved.These strategies and methods for a concentrated expression of a thought: from the system, the overall point of view, through the strengthening of supply chain management inventory control environment to enhance the supply chain and integration of systemic and enhance production agility, flexibility. These methods and strategies reflect the new thinking and new ideas at supply chain management, and having a certain significance in real life.
