Research On The Design Of China's Policy Agricultural Insurance System

Agricultural insurance,as one of the three main policy measures and the stability of Governments to support their agricultural production in today's world,is the stabilizer of agricultural production.China's agricultural natural disasters happen frequently.So we required to support agricultural production.However,China's commercial agriculture insurance system has a "market failure".Both supply and demand of agricultural insurance is in a serious shortage.It is not enough to meet the needs of agricultural production. Therefore,we should set up a sound system of agricultural insurance policy to protect the stability of agricultural production.Based on this,the paper,using the theoretical framework of new institutional economics,welfare economics and state intervention and market mechanism theory.through domestic and foreign agricultural insurance theory and model of the system, learning from advanced foreign policy model of the agricultural insurance system, combination of policy-oriented agricultural insurance in China's experimental work,Made our country a policy model of the agricultural insurance system,and envisage innovative concepts of the types of agricultural insurance products and technological innovation.And initial construction of the China policy agricultural insurance system framework.
