| With the rapid development of science and technology as well as globalization,human resources are becoming increasingly crucial to enterprises in their competitions.Recently, the competency model for human resource(HR)specialists is one of the critical issues on human resource management.In China,however,the relative special and systematic research on the competency model for HR Recruiting Specialist is rare.On the basis of the literature review on competency and the the competency for HR Recruiting Specialist,job analysis on HR Recruiting Specialist listed companies,after the telephone interview with HR managers of Chinese companied in several provinces or cities was conducted,the scale of the competency for HR Recruiting Specialist in companies was designed and given to hunderds of HR Recruiting Specialist in several provinces or cities.According to the results and findings ,this paper lists the HR Recruiting Specialist competencies for the reference to HR practitioners and researchers.Firstly, HR Recruiting Specialist from different company,company's scale,different years of working and different duty have no difference significantly.Secondly, development skill have difference signifiacantly,in paper,we find men pay more attention to development skill than women do.Thirdly, on education,bachelor and master have no different significantly on competencies. junior college have significantly than bachelor and master.Fourthly, communicate and intercommunion skill is play the most roly in HR Recruiting Specialist's competency model. Personal image is the new competence for HR Recruiting SpecialistFinally, This result can also be used in human resource management,including recruiting and selecting ,career management. |
