Computer and internet technology has brought recruit field many changes. The change has happened in every aspect of recruitment, the recruitment channel for enterprises change from newspapers, radio and television to internet, the selecting change from written tests, face-to-face interviews to internet testing interview. New technologies improve the efficiency of enterprises and reduce costs, but the attitude of job-seekers is not clear.This paper makes a definition of internet-based recruiting, internet-based recruiting includes internet channels and internet selection. As enterprises don't use the whole form of internet-based recruiting, and job seekers attitude toward channel and selection is totally different. This study will investigating the attitude toward internet channel and selection respectively, and results in different influencing factors. Attitude of the network channels is based on technology acceptance model, The research of internet selection is on the introduction of a fairness perception of selecting.The factors influence channel attitude including the size, type, place of enterprises, industry type, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Perceived usefulness is the complete intermediary between enterprise size, type, place, industry type and the attitude, is the partial intermediary between the perceived ease of use and attitude. The perceived ease of use of different gender is significant different. The factors influence internet selection including the result of selection, structure fairness and social fairness. Structure fairness perception is the partial intermediary between perception result and attitude. Attitude of different qualifications is significant different.
