A Study On Funding Chain In Auto Finance

Auto finance is a combination of auto industry and finance sector. The generation and development of auto finance have positive influence to the two industries is self-evidence, especially to the auto industry, therefore making it an important sector in the global economy. As an intermediate industry, auto finance is involved in a wide range of content. However, its core is the funding chain, which is the foundation of auto finance to play an important role.Auto finance corporation is a major financial institution vector. Only a deep study on raising and use of funds, can we grasp the context of funding chain of auto finance, thus revealing the overall operating mode trajectory of auto finance. The comprehension to mature auto finance funding chain system of developed countries conducive to the development of China's auto finance. At the same time, in accordance with the actual conditions of China's automobile finance, makes it localized in China.This article researches auto finance funding chain mainly from two aspects, and study into the supply and demand of funds of auto finance companies in both angles, then put forward some suggestions to solve the funding chain problem in China's auto finance. Firstly, this article makes a brief introduction to concept, context of the emergence, as well as feather and function of auto finance, proposing funding chain of auto finance is a crucial issue which affects the development of the auto finance industry. Secondly, this article detailed analyses emergence, development and evolution of the funding chain problem in auto finance abroad, and according to channel and model of auto finance companies raising and using funds to summaries architecture of auto finance funding chain system. Thirdly, this article analyze feasibility and necessity of developing auto finance in China, and then introduces developing status of China's auto finance at all stages, as a basis for analyzing the status of China's auto finance funding chain. Finally, the article reveals developing problem of China's auto finance funding chain under the guidance of government policy. Combing with experience and lessons of international auto finance, the article offers proposal to the settlement of the issue of funding chain initiatives during the development of auto finance in China.
